To encourage greater participation in public careers, we can help match students and
prepare them to apply for internships in NJ legislative offices and other opportunities.
Apply for a Nationally Competitive Program, Internship, or Award
There are many external opportunities students can apply to, ranging from summer institutes
to research/project awards to multi-year fellowships that fund graduate degrees.
HIGHLIGHT: Stockton Students Participated in the NATO x WMGIC Challenge on 11/1/2024
The Hughes Public Policy Center sponsored two teams of Stockton students at the 2024
NATO x on November 1st. From their website, "Over several hours, hundreds of undergraduate
students will compete to propose the best way for NATO to counter disinformation from
a policy perspective in one of the following topic areas: Artificial Intelligence,
Public Health, Russia-Ukraine War, Gender-Based Violence, Terrorism, Climate Change
(Climate Security), Climate Change (Clean Energy), and Human Rights. Each plan of action will consider NATO鈥檚 existing capacity and what actions NATO should
implement within the next 12 months."
