Galloway, N.J. – In uncertain times, connection and community matter more than ever. Recognizing this, presidents and co-founders Kiera Liu and Janet Yee have taken the initiative to create a welcoming space for women on campus.

Launching this semester — spring 2025 — the  is dedicated to fostering friendship, creativity and female empowerment in a supportive and uplifting environment.

The term “girl’s girl” describes a woman who uplifts and supports other women, embodying kindness, community and solidarity. Liu and Yee hope to make these values a reality through their club, offering students a space to form meaningful connections while also engaging in important conversations about women’s rights and local opportunities.

Liu believes that many students remain unaware of the diverse activities available beyond campus and wants to spotlight these opportunities. The club aims to bridge the gap by encouraging members to explore and embrace new experiences.

Beyond socialization, the Girls' Girl Club is committed to keeping members informed about legislative changes affecting women’s rights. Meetings typically include crafting, icebreaker activities and discussions on current events related to women’s issues.

“If you really want to help build something from the ground up and get involved, I think this is the perfect club for you. We’re open to any ideas!” says co-president Liu.
