Holocaust Seminar for Educators

Galloway, N.J. _ The Sara and Sam Schoffer Holocaust Resource Center at 番茄社区app will hold the Fifth Annual Wally and Lutz Hammerschlag Summer Educator Seminar via Zoom with Yad Vashem in Jerusalem, Israel from 9 a.m. to noon July 26-28.

The theme of the free workshop for educators is 鈥淭he Human Spirit: Learning about rescue, resistance, and faith during WWII and the Holocaust.鈥

The goal of the seminar sessions is to teach about the history of the Holocaust by using the theme of the human spirit and to learn about the past to make a better future for all. Strategies and resources for educators will be shared.

The seminar will be via Zoom by pre-registration only. The cost is free and open to all teachers of grades 4 鈥 12 and college. Participants can register for one, two, or all three days. N.J. Professional Development Hours (PDH) will be earned by participants.
